About Leila Fiedler – Managing Director
A well respected industry professional with more than 30 years experience in the tourism industry, Leila launched the concept of DMC representation in Australia and New Zealand when she founded the company in 1992.
Leila is committed to providing the highest quality of service, and her ethical approach to business has enabled her to establish a loyal client base while growing the business in an ever-changing environment.

About Marissa Fernandez – General Manager
Marissa has been with DMS since 2005. As General Manager, Marissa ensures the day to day deliver of our professional services to our business partners and the business events industry. Her passion for sales ensures a motivated team of professionals who work to deliver targets with enthusiasm and drive.
Marissa has a background in tourism and hospitality spanning over 20 years, and her experience working for multinational organisations both in Australia and overseas has enabled her to further assist with the development of Destination Marketing Services into a strategic, holistic and full service representation company.
