DMS escorted a group of Australian and New Zealand conference and incentive organisers on an educational through incredible India. After experiencing Air India’s new Boeing 787 Dreamliner, the group touched down in Delhi, where the adventure began. Cox & Kings Ltd showcased the mystery, magic and mayhem of Delhi with a tour through the city stopping by India Gate and the regal Presidential Palace before boarding the luxury Deccan Odyssey train; the ultimate way to experience the Golden Triangle. With Cox & Kings Ltd having exclusive management rights to the Deccan Odyssey, the group were greeted to a red carpet arrival and VIP service throughout their journey onto Agra and Jaipur.
Some of the highlights of the program included tiger spotting on safari through Ranthambore National Park, experiencing the magical allure of the Taj Mahal; the ultimate gift of love, built by Emperor Shah Jahan for his wife, and a visit to Agra Fort, one of the finest Mughal forts in India. The group was immersed in the local culture, surrounded by all the colours, smells and sights of India, visiting Jaipur’s oldest sweet shop and navigating their way through the local bazaars, before ending the trip with a stay at the Samode Palace; a 300-year-old Maharaja’s mansion in the heart of Rajasthan.
