Two Middle East airlines are expanding their reach into Africa. Qatar Airways will introduce a non-stop service, four times a week between Doha and Windhoek, commencing 28 September 2016; three times a week from Doha to Lusaka, commencing in 2017. The airline also operates flights to Durban, Johannesburg, Dar es Salaam, Cape Town, Kilimanjaro, Nairobi and Maputo. As for Etihad Airway, the airline is set to enhance its current Johannesburg to Abu Dhabi service with the introduction of three additional flights a week between July and September. This is to cater for the increased demand on the route during summer.
Bree Street in Cape Town is fast becoming the trend-setting centre of the city, with over 40 bars and restaurants to choose from.
