Now that we’ve returned and had a chance to reflect on the trip, I’d like to congratulate and thank the whole Fourth Dimension Italy team, with a very special mention to Daniele Renzi. As a PCO, we (MTC Concepts together with the client team) are constantly pushing ourselves to provide a “once in a lifetime” memorable event and this year was a big challenge with this being the very first incentive trip for this client. However, I am so pleased to confirm that the responses of “best trip ever!” have clearly shown that we have achieved this and it is in a big part, due to Daniele Renzi. She not only managed aspects of the programme brilliantly and was a dream to work with, but also kindly helped us on so many occasions overcoming the language barrier, as well as ensuring that all Suppliers provided impeccable service. Danielle is a credit to Attilio and Fourth Dimension Italy, as well as the stable of DMC’s on offer from DMS Destination Marketing Services. It is always such a pleasure to work with FDI – Rosanna did an outstanding job with this file and it all ran like clockwork.
