I wanted to take a moment to compose an email to you regarding the lovely team at USA Hosts Las Vegas. They were the best DMC I have ever worked with and can’t wait to do another program in Vegas again just so I can use them. They were so helpful and nothing was ever a problem for them. The team were such happy and nice people all of the time and made life very easy for me and my client, leading up to and during the event. There were two main events that had a lot of components to it and they all handled it with such professionalism and attention to detail.

What can I say! The Host Global Las Vegas team were amazing; the service, the staff, the coach drivers, the selected hotels, the dinner venues and the Grand Canyon Tour were all sensational. The staff went out of their way to help with the “little extras” which was truly lovely. My job was made so much easier by working with Host Global Las Vegas and the delegates were ecstatic about the whole trip.

Just finished up an extremely intensive program in San Francisco. Every single function was so different to a standard group function. We had check lists of over 80-90 different details for every single event. And then – of course, the forces outside of our control – we had sea lions block the only dock our America’s cup sailing yacht could use for their transfer and had to come up with a solution – with virtually no notice at all! We had fog roll in on a perfectly forecast weather day stopping us from using helis in the morning to the Napa Valley and had to flip the entire program for the day around. At Corporate Blue, we have one core value above all others – Be Outstanding. Key Events have certainly been that and more. I would have to laugh should anyone even want me to quote with a competitor in San Francisco as I would never waste my time doing that.

I think the venues and activities we chose really showcased the best of New Orleans and Mardi Gras and suited the group perfectly. We had a lot of really positive feedback from the delegates and our client. Carol and Yvonne from the Hosts Global team were AMAZING – I cannot speak more highly of them. They really listened to my brief and ideas and put together a fantastic trip. They were both so easy to work with and nothing was ever too hard which makes my job so much easier. There was never a “No”, it was always “let’s see what we can do” – this makes a great DMC! All those little touches like playing my favourite band in the car didn’t go unnoticed. I can’t thank them both enough!! Gerry and Jen – Such wonderful guides! Not only were they knowledgeable about New Orleans, but they had fun and interacted with the group and didn’t make it feel “touristy” at all. We look forward to working with Hosts Global in New Orleans again, hopefully very soon! As you know NOLA is a one of my favourite USA cities and I think really works for incentive groups. With such amazing people like yourself, Carol and Yvonne to grow and cement our relationship, we would never look at another DMC in NOLA, because there is only 1 DMC there in my books. Thanks again, you had a fantastic team there.

Just wanted to pass on some comments re our recent group incentive to USA managed by Maple Ridge Events, Nashville. Our original contact through yourself was with Hosts Global Alliance, who in turn passed us over to Maple Ridge Events to act as our DMC for the group. MRE responded to our brief and were creative with their suggestions on how to better enhance the programme and how to develop it the way the client envisaged. Both site visits were well managed, maximising our time on the ground ensuring we covered all aspects of the programme in the time we had available. The first of the disasters to hit this programme occurred just prior to Christmas 2016 when the Lodge we were to use in the Great Smokey Mountains burnt down in the wild fires that hit that area. This then meant a total rethink of the “road trip” portion of the trip, locating a new hotel a suitable distance from Nashville and a redraft of that portion of the programme. MRE came up with a good alternative and I then made a “flying” site visit to check out the new route and the new hotel. Hurricane Harvey was the next disaster to hit this event. At this point MRE really came to the fore and worked tirelessly with us over the next 7 days to solve one problem after another. They secured coaches, cancelled bookings, rearranged functions and generally did everything we asked of them as we totally redesigned the programme so as to ensure that the delegates did not miss any of the experiences we had planned for them. As you can imagine in a situation such as this there were a number of items that got missed or only remembered at the last minute and on every occasion MRE worked with us to find a solution, be it at times at considerable inconvenience to themselves. Feedback from the delegates throughout and since has been highly complementary of MRE, as has the clients and his CEO. I would fully recommend that any future referrals you have for the Tennessee or the surrounding area be placed with Maple Ridge Events. Staff and management were attentive and helpful. On site management was detailed and as referred to above, nothing was too much for them in their working to make the event a success. Finally the MRE staff who worked with me on the programme, Pat and Lynn we exceptional and a pleasure to work with.
